All Fees are pre-paid via credit card only
24 hours in advance of the appointment
Our office does not handle insurance claims. However we
are happy to provide receipts emailed or "snail" mail for
patient submission.
All sessions are video recorded. These videos are available
to patients for a fee. Our ethical policy, along with our
dedication to our patients, will always insure the utmost
confidentiality. These videos are stored on one of our
storage hard drives at Carmel-By-The-Sea branch of Wells
Fargo Bank. An individual patient video may be used for
research and training only with the permission of the
patient and a signed consent form.
- Dr. Mancuso does not accept any health
insurance, MediCal or Medicare. You may request a standard
medical receipt, which may be used to seek reimbursement
from your insurance company. These often result in
reimbursement directly to you at the "out of network" fee
schedule for your insurance company. Receipts are not
provided for billing MediCal or Medicare. Many patients
find that a Health Savings Account combined with a high
deductible insurance policy will protect them from
unlikely catastrophic losses, while minor health expenses
are paid out-of-pocket with pre-tax dollars. In this way
you save money and maintain your freedom of choice.
- Because Dr. Mancuso does not contract with any
insurance company you can be confident that medical
decisions are ALWAYS made in your best interest and with
complete confidentiality.
